The house is built with a 4184 sq. ft. built-up area on a 22-cent plot with lush greenery, located slightly inward from the main road. The design incorporates a multi-layered roof that harmonizes with the greenery, along with a combination of soft, light green and brick colors.
The main consideration while designing this project was light—specifically, getting natural light within the site. Natural light was very limited on this plot because of the lush greenery surrounding it. For this reason, the house was designed to be North-West facing. Proper ventilation was also necessary. Therefore, the design incorporated the maximum number of openings.
The core area of this house is the courtyard. While it is an outside courtyard, it is connected to all the spaces in the house. The main feature of this house is that all spaces are interconnected.
The home includes a Car Porch, Sit-out, Formal Living, Family Living, Dining, Patio, Courtyard, Open Kitchen, Working Kitchen, five Bath-attached Bedrooms, Upper Living, Balcony, and Open Terrace.
