This beautiful residence, rising from a sloping plot in Kottukara, is one of our proudest courtyard house design projects in Kerala. We designed this house with a focus on natural ventilation, sunlight, and a strong connection with nature.

This house was designed to allow for plenty of sunlight and fresh air. High ceilings, wide openings, and tall windows help to make this house feel more spacious. It was also made more beautiful by adding a mezzanine floor. The interior of the house flows smoothly, making the house feel more spacious and connected.
There’s a small green courtyard next to the dining area. It’s on one side of the house, not in the middle. As part of this courtyard house design in Kerala, we designed this space to bring in fresh air and soft light. It’s a calm, peaceful spot — great for having tea, talking with family, or just relaxing quietly. It brings life and tranquility to the house. It is a space where the inside and the outside meet.
Each room — from the cozy bedrooms to the modern kitchen and open living area — is planned with care.
